BIO52 Aluminium System

Basic features BIO52 Sash width 52 mm. Frame width 46 – 124 mm. Embraces double glazing 10 – 32 mm. Embraces a multiple locking system for greater safety by providing sash profiles with PVC camera as well as with camera European. Complete waterproof is assured with the specially designed drainage channels for all profiles. Three EPDM gaskets are used for water and air tightness, which are mounted on a vulcanized corner gasket in such a way which prohibits leakage from the 45ο corner. Specially designed plug for water drainage which guaranties its functioning with extreme windy conditions. Double frame designed with water drainage channel and inclined surfaces so that the water is guided outside the construction. The upper surface is reinforced with 15% more aluminium in order to withstand extreme fatigue from footsteps. Nevertheless, with the reinforcement better cutting and assembling is achieved. Profiles especially designed for the construction of entrance doors without bottom rail. Easy, economical and efficient to construct, without special building solutions. Special profiles designed for thresholds regarding the bottom sealing of entrance doors. Ability to use gripping machine for assembling. Construction of various corner types, do to specially designed profiles.

BIO62 Aluminium System

System specially designed for entrance doors. Endured construction with profile thickness 1,6 mm and adjustable heavy duty hinges. The system is now able to correspond in every architectural requirement and to construct single and double-leaf, inside and outside opening heavy duty entrance doors faster easier and more reliably.

Basic features BIO62 Frame and sash width 62mm. Thermal break profiles with the use of 20mm polyamide. Thickness reinforcement in critical points for maximum endurance (minimum thickness 1.6mm). Door sash is constructed by using the same profile at all sides without the use of a bottom rail. Profile connection realised either by gripping machine or by pattern plate and pin. Specially designed profiles for sealing at the lower side of the door. Ensured waterproof of the constructions by using special designed plastic plugs. Reinforced up to 2mm adjustable hinges that are easily mounted on the frame and sash. Striking plate mounting without machining. 2 sealing gaskets pursuing the European designing aluminum systems’ philosophy. Special mounting for the threshold without machining the profile. Ability to embrace up to 48mm glass.
